Dissolution

A dissolution is termination of marriage by agreement on all issues of assets and liabilities, support (child and spousal) and parenting.  These agreements are outlined in parenting plans for parenting issues and separation agreements for the division of property including assets and debts.

These agreements are contracts between spouses that are enforceable as court orders.  It is important that the agreements are carefully written.  Susan individually crafts these documents to address the personal specifications that make each document uniquely yours, a document that is outlined to meet the changes in life.
